 We Praise. Song 'Every Praise' over and over again. Feel fear give way to Faith. Praying and singing hymns to God. Awesome demonstration of power. Believed in God. We may not always experience a dramatic miracle from God. But we know God responds to the praises of His people. When He moves, chains fall apart. At once all the prison doors flew open and everyone's chains came lose. Acts 16:26. How can you apply these principles to the difficult circumstances you experience? "God, You are Holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel." Psalm 22:3.  Peace kapatid.

I again congratulate Maria Ressa for winning the most coveted Nobel Peace Price for being a guardian of Press freedom. Continue to do what you're doing. Ignore those bashers who envy your accomplishments. What a feat! You truly are such a big impact on the Filipino youth and many media warriors out there. Your message is clear - To continue to protect press freedom in the Philippines. Thank you for reminding us to persevere and have courage even when every hope seems to weigh down on us. Journalist life is not easy. You write to expose social ills. To fight for justice and to speak the truth. 

 Anxiety of where my life is headed? Let the light of the Lord lead me. A time to fight will not come before a time to listen. Laging bukas ako sa katotohanan mo Lord paghamon, paninindigan, at katapangan sa salita ng iyong Anak Panginoon Ama. To be the light for others for those who walk in darkness. Idealismo pagpakita ng pagbabago. Nag-iisa ka subalit hindi ka nag-iisa. To bring Hope in a seemingly hopeless situation. Creating a pathway of where good is the norm not the exception. Katalysta sa mabuting pagbabago. Anong klaseng leader ako? Paano ako magbibigay ng halaga sa mundo?  

 I am source of change. Change for the betterment of others. Me just me making change. Never giving-up. Hoping. Out of Love for others and for God above all. Magis- Seeing the summit and never stop climbing. Looking up, seeing the stars never reaching it. But one day seeing God smiling back at Me. Pagsasalamat, katotohanan, at kakayahan. To what purpose will I devote the rest of my life?  

Everyday GOD thinks of you. Every hour GOD looks after you. Every minute GOD cares for you and that is because every second He Loves You. Give God your best stretched smile cause God is good! Yes! He is Goodness itself and bow when you see a cross or crucifix saying an aspiration like…I believe, help my unbelief, or You must increase and I must decrease, create in me a new and Clean Heart O Lord. Here I am, I come to do Your will. Make Your Will my will also, Not my will Lord but Yours be Done. My Lord and My God. Increase our Faith, Son of David, Have mercy on me.

 One good vote. Voting for our values. Pope Francis said faith and patriotism compel us to speak clearly to act at a time like now. Not from the balcony. Get right in there. Our duty to work for the common good in the field of politics. Not easy especially when there's so much corruption. A kind of martyrdom our carrying our Cross of the ideal of the common good everyday without letting myself be corrupted or discouraged in the midst of failure. Following Jesus- swimming against the tide drowning evil with my good prayers in deeds, renouncing evil and selfishness. Us leaders outstanding in honesty, integrity, and commitment to the common good disturbed by the state of society of people and lives of the poor. Christian Value Movement. Filipinos united applying Biblical values to pressing issues of our nation. God loving more than God fearing Filipinos. A force for positive change not supporting admitted killers with disregard for the rule of law.  

 Let us dream - The path to a better future by Pope Francis tells us to make integration of the poor and care for our environment central to our goals. Universal basic income to enable people to work for the community in a dignified way. Generate a natural world, create work and biodiversity. Live better with common goals for human development. Trickle down Theory doesn't work. The rich getting richer not trickling down to make lives of the poor better.

  The fruit doesn't fall too far from a tree. What children become when they grow up is a product of upbringing. Best children come from best parents. You can't control what your children become. But you can strive to put them on the right path. Can't be a proper parent without recognizing this is my prime responsibility. As life moves me up to be a grandfather. This no longer as much my concern. Counting my blessings. Wisdom gleamed from looking back realizing while I made some mistakes along the way.  The present is the decade of admitting my mistakes to my children. Forgiving myself if the best way I knew was in hindsight not the best in the long run. Mea culpa my children.  

 Ideas, maybe useful with a calming effect. Infuse positive thoughts regularly and frequently, infuse brain space with positive substance into it. First, disconnect - get off the grid. Not allowing social media to run after me scaring me out of my wits disabling me from functioning well, censor negative self - talk. If not managed become facts even if they're not. 

 A bit full of mystery. God not the subject of a single sentence. We talk as if we're the primary actor, emphasizing what we do. When in truth God's the primary Actor in life. He's in charge and in control. Outcomes don't depend on us. Scripture says God is the subject of all our lives. The true force. God enacts our salvation and rescue us, tends to our needs. The Lord has done it not cause of who I am. But because it's His will. Don't need to fret, compare have anxieties. God is in charge. I need to trust, follow His lead in obedience. When are you tempted to think you're the main actor in your life. When has God invited you to let Him in your life? Father I've been paying lip service to being in charge of my world. It's exhausting  me and I want to stop doing that. Help me Trust You. 

 Value of unity and togetherness. Change isn't only in the edges. Creating tomorrow. Shaping the future. We touch the future.Everyone can contribute to a better future "Touch" stands for how everyone can shape the future with their own hands. Everyone can contribute to a better future. Now within reach. Instead of just yearning for it. Wearing our Heart contributing to a better cause. Sometimes we just have to show why we're striving for excellence with prayers in deeds all for love of God and to Glorify God. Cause knowing why we do things and for who we do things can make all the difference. 

Live life as a true children of God. Imitating Christ, learning from Christ and being like Christ who taught us how to live and love even if not loved in return. Encourage others in prayers and in deeds with root word of courage. Let' pray and act always united to Christ creating many personal real stories to share of adventures in life loving God and others with grace. The joy of timeless True friendship of charity in deeds. Refined charity with a human touch. Showing love and affection. Personal encounters with God. Together in joy and sorrow, glory and shame, success and failure, health and sickness. Together in everything and always. 100% commitment to children takes a lifetime to practice. Praying and acting always united with God. 

 St. Josemaria says working with order and constancy. How short indeed is the time of our passing through this world. For the true Christians. These words ring deep down in his heart as a re poach to his lack of generosity and as a constant invitation to be loyal. Brief indeed is our time for loving, for giving or making atonement. It would be very wrong. Therefore, for us to waste it or to cast this treasure irresponsibly overboard. We mustn't squander this period of world history that God has entrusted to each one of us. 

Patient for the right time. So He can use me in any way to Glorify Him. Pushing myself to put prayers in deeds because no one can push me. Only I can push myself. God bless you kapatid helped by my prayers. Take care- Smiling, cheerful, and beautiful inside. Your beauty shines from inside you when you smile.  

 People with difficulty accepting criticism instead of listening to ideas and suggestions. Words can significantly hurt. Discouraging and sometimes disparaging remarks thrown your way. Painful if from people we look up to. Get defensive, sink into depression. Wise people use the same words to fuel and fill themselves with determination to do the best work they can do. Channeling energy correctly. So, You and I can experience tremendous and positive results. 

Inspiring others to be their best. People watch what you do, more than listen to what you say. Inspire by Prayers in deeds. People don't care about how much you know til they know how much you care. Inspire by caring and sharing, genuinely interested in them. I look at people as the main reason I have work. People oriented not task-driven. Developing my people skills.

 Wishing everyone the Sunflower trait of turning towards each other on cloudy and gloomy days. Anything radiant sheds light on those around it, never on itself. As the sun dips into the horizon, sunflowers face east again anticipating the suns' return. As that special star appears to move across the sky, young flowers follow its light, looking up, then over and westward catching one final glance as the sun disappears over the horizon. Sunflowers teach us how to hold ourselves during good and bad times. We are not invincible. But we can make ourselves tolerant during the storms of our lives.

 Youth encouraged to take smart risks and chase their dreams. Gen Z is a-doer, giver, disruptor, and the invincible youth. Inspire everyone there is beauty in this world hopeful with a positive mindset in spite of uncertainties. Not overwhelmed. Focused on the great things of each wonderful day. Hard work, determination, and stewardship. We cultivate and bring to the table. Important to be a giver, caring, and sharing. A true warrior, a fighter not a quitter. Hard work to ensure we deliver what needs to be accomplished in the best possible manner at the appointed time. Beauty of youth. Time's in my hands created great images in my mind. Decided to believe. Remain standing in earthquakes, storms, and landslides. Advocacy close to our heart. Mindful and finding purpose. Why you do things? and for who you do things? Opportunity to be the most hard working in the room.
