Management is about control. Leadership is about influence. Jealousy is to want something someone has. Envy is to feel bad someone has something you don't have. Live out your core Values and your enduring principles crisis creates clarity of what's essential or bling, of what's important or not, of what's a real priority or not. Making people better or melt like butter crisis not creating character but revealing it if you know and live by your True Values. Let a coffin remind us not to work for things that don't fit inside. We can teach, we can't make people learn educating the mind not the heart.
