 Not giving up on my health and on my future self. Not a lack of effort to improve my genetic predisposition. I'll have the body I deserve. The level of health and fitness I work for. You get what you give. My rule to train. Proves your strength of character. Investing your health even on the days it's difficult. Embrace the suck and thank yourself later. The best feeling. Best exercise - the one you can be consistent with the one you can commit to. Committed to my growth toward health and fitness in mind, body, spirit, and soul. Anything possible with hard work towards goal. Mental barrier broken building physical, mental, and spiritual strength. God helps those who help themselves. Training and caring for myself - Actually my daily prayer offered to God. Makes sure I'm good for those I love and want to grow old with. Okay God I'm doing my part. You take care of the rest. Time might not be on my side. Live each day as if it were your last cause one day it will be. A life I've designed and built that hopefully inspires.
