Find common ground hopeful people of goodwill recognize risks we have flirted with and forge a different path. A responsibility on all of us against the threat of lies for power, for profit. In a speech to the United Nations "For, in the end, we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

Entry 86: Good vision provokes a clear and positive mental image

Good vision provokes a clear and positive mental image: creates pride, energy, and a sense of accomplishment. Gives meaning to change expected of people memorable, motivating, and idealistic. Offers a view of the future-clearly and demonstrably better, clarifies purpose and direction. Inspires enthusiasm, encourages commitment; ambitious, and grabs attention. Screen out unessential; energizes people beyond the bottom line; provides meaning and significance to daily lives; Moves people to action: emotional and confrontational: an exercise combines both heart and mind. Without vision- confusing incompatible projects different directions even nowhere following person with a compelling vision can connect to personal lives.

Entry 84: The 6 most expensive words in business

The 6 most expensive words in business: We've almost done it that way. Leaders resist change afraid change experiment will backfire. reaching new markets with changes in marketing and operations. Lessons learned opportunities opened change experiments. New procedures carried out under controlled conditions or discover an unknown effect. Experiment, not a guarantee. Encouragement offered even rewarded courage to try new things. Present new ideas perhaps lead to discovery, growth, efficiency, and profitability. Good incentives for change wouldn't you say?

Entry 83: What we do with our lives is a gift back to God

What we do with our lives is a gift back to God. We who have been blessed. Let us extend help to the least, the last, the lost and the left behind who are suffering. God has always been there for me during the hardest most challenging of times. A higher Being managing everything in this world, higher Presence, a Master Creator beyond us mortals. Faith believing what we don't see. That God is watching over us, providing for us and helping us in times of need. Given a human will to respond to his love for us our human will, human brain and capacity to love with our heart.

Entry 82: The enemy of great is good, enemy of good is average, enemy of average is better

The enemy of great is good, enemy of good is average, enemy of great is better. What do I need to do? To serve How do I need to do? To lead Management is about control. Leadership is about influence. Jealousy is to want something someone has. Envy is to feel bad someone has something you don't have. Live out your core Values and your enduring principles crisis creates clarity of what's essential or bling, of what's important or not, of what's a real priority or not. Making people better or melt like butter crisis not creating character but revealing it if you know and live by your True Values. Let a coffin remind us not to work for things that don't fit inside. We can teach, we can't make people learn educating the mind not the heart.

Entry 79: Michael Jackson sang "Man in the Mirror"

Michael Jackson sang Man in the Mirror. I'm gonna make a change. For once in my life, it's gonna feel real good, Gonna make a difference, gonna make it right. This wind is blowing my mind, I see the kids on the streets, with not enough to eat. Who am I to be blind? Pretending not to see their needs. I'm starting with the man in the mirror, oh yeah! I'm asking him to change his ways. Better change! you know that man. No message could have been any clear; if you want to make the world a better place. Take a look at yourself then make a change Hoo Hoo Hoo! Na na na nah! I'm gonna make a change, it's gonna feel real good! Come on change, just lift yourself you know you've got to stop it yourself. Entry 78: Many who are 1st will be last. Matthew 19:30

Many who are 1st will  be last. Matthew 19:30. A feat believed to be basically impossible. Shocked believing winners will keep winning  while the others will lose. It was a jolt when the disciples heard Jesus say. "how hard it is for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God Matthew 19:23. Jesus turned everything upside down. how could being rich (a winner) be a road block? Apparently if we trust in what we have, what we can do and what we are. Then it's not only hard but impossible to Trust God. The kingdom of God doesn't play by our rules. Many who are 1st Jesus says will be last. And, whether you're 1st or last, everything we receive is purely by grace by God's unmerited favor. Consider How you view people or How you view your own life. How does Jesus way of seeing so called winner and losers change your perspective? Winning and losing are turned upside down in God's kingdom.

Entry 77: Mental Prayer...

Mental prayer is simply lifting our heart in loving conversation to and with God. A child to his loving Father God. Listening, we proceed to open our heart from our specific realizations. Mental Prayer is more of allowing God to work in us instead of working on God. It's elevating the time and place to have our heart to heart talk with God. It's more of our heart rather than an intellectual discourse coming up with 1 or 2 practical resolutions to put to practice. Putting our heart but not feeling alone... but of Love, as love is an act of the will. It is to be expected that there will be distractions, that's important as we go back talking to God with more Love. To pray well is to go to - Jesus through Mary and St. Joseph.

Entry 76: Life molding you to be the best version of yourself.

Life molding you to be the best version of yourself. No adversity only opportunity. Not a disability, different ability. Happiness lives in gratitude. Our problems are not too big. Only we are too small. If you think life is hard and unfair....Think again. Realize just how blessed you really are.

Entry 75: Holy week- reenact and relive the suffering of Jesus in The Way of the Cross.

Holy week- reenact and relive the suffering of Jesus in The Way of the Cross. Easter the culmination the promise of newness and life. Realizing the horror and magnitude of sin and its consequences in the world incarnated in the dying Jesus on the cross. Contemplating the despair on Holy Saturday. Except for the resurrection Holy Thursday- one of the most important, complex and profound days of celebration. In the last Supper Jesus offers Himself as the sacrificial lamb and institutes the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist teaching the apostles and their successors follow the same sacrifice in exactly the same way. Here He instituted the sacrament of holy order the priesthood . This 1st Mass Christ stresses the importance of humility of service and servant leadership celebrated yearly with priest washing the feet of 12 parishioners. Think? holy week ends on Good Friday. Not understanding the importance of Holy Saturday- a day of reflection and sorrow. Meditating on our life motivating...
