Entry 39: Constant prayer and good deeds....

Constant prayer and good deeds of being joyful, human and spiritual imitating Christ being friends to all, enjoying friends and God. Apostolate isn't imposing our belief neither is it of inviting to means of formation, but of being interested in them through our friendship of not abandoning or condemning so friends will see Christ in us. All of us were created to be happy, friends, drawn & attracted to our prayer life...as they see how happy we are  - asking why we're so happy? And, we can tell our friends about God & our happy life. We enjoy the Holy Fun of True Friendship allowing God to bring our friends to Himself. God & us working as one. Even in our faults, our friends can see us as we rectify. This is what friendship is - It's Holy Fun in our ordinary life: Friendship even in simplicity is much joy.

Entry 38: Armanda Gorman in the Biden inauguration...

Armanda Gorman - in the Biden inauguration. Read her poem hear her poetry we all need to hear. The Hill We Climb - but while democracy can be periodically delayed, it can never be permanently defeated. In this truth, this faith we trust. While we have our eyes on the future, history has its eyes on us. The power to author a new chapter to offer hope to ourselves. So while asked How can we prevail over catastrophe? Now we assert How could catastrophe possibly prevail over us. We shall not march back to what was but move to what shall be. A country that is bruised but whole, benevolent but bold, fierce and free. We won't be interrupted by intimidation knowing our inaction and inertia will be the inheritance to the next generation. Certain if we emerge mercy with might; then love becomes our legacy, our blunders become their burdens and change our children's birthright. So let's leave behind a country better than the one we were left - We'll raise this wounded world into ...

Entry 37: "Our Father "

"Our Father is how we address God cause we are "Christ's", sons of God & we have to behave as such; like little children who are humble and trusting. We say "our" for we glorify The Father with the Son and Holy Spirit in union with our brothers and sisters in Christ's church- all men for whom God The Father gave His only Son. "Who art in heaven" does not refer to a place but to God's majesty and presence in the hearts of the just. Heaven is being at home with God who is above all things "hollowed be thy name" asks that God's name be treated in a holy way by fulfilling His purpose in our lives – that we might become holy and blameless in His sight Coll 1:22. The 1 st  of 7 petitions is the key petition and includes all the others.   "Thy Kingdom come prays for the final coming of the Kingdom of God through Chris's return in glory. Also praying for God's kingdom to grow in our lives today and the lives of peopl...

Entry 36: If you want to find Jesus. Go to St. Joseph....

If you want to find Jesus. Go to St. Joseph, he found him after 3 sorrowful days. If you want to love Jesus. Go to St. Joseph, he loves him madly. If you want to love Mary – Go to Joseph. No one has ever loved his wife, like him. If you always want to be close to Jesus and Mary. Go to Joseph. No one has ever been closer to them. If you want to pray. Go to Joseph- he spent his life is dialogue with God. If you want to go through difficulties go to Joseph, he knows all about suffering. If you want to be strong, he is the Saint to go to. If you want to be obedient, chaste, generous, humble, joyful, and sincere. If you want to be holy. Go to Joseph, “Ite ad Joseph”. If you want to be in love with God, to work with God, to dream God’s dreams, to spend your eternity with Him, to live with God, to stay always with God. Go to Joseph, he protected God and His immaculate mother. He can protect you as well, if you want. God entrusted His family to him, he is in charge of the house of God, h...

Entry 35: The purpose of life is not to be happy...

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to make a difference that you have lived & lived well the fullness of life- a true friend of God. Happiness is a by-product of giving ourselves to others through service. Helping others find their happiness and in the process, you might find your own.

Entry 34: Who will take care of me when I'm old....

I read an article of a book who will take care of me when I'm old. Covid reminding us daily of our mortality. Old age and death are serious and inevitable. All should prepare for - some terrified and scared of being old and alone - family care giving, aging, and dying alone and no one cares. No one immune to vulnerabilities associated with living a solitary life in old age. Taking care of the elderly requires planning with no idea if anyone you love and trust today will accompany you in your aging journey be by your side til you take your final breath - preparing for the near inevitable not powerless and victim facing old age with respect and dignity. You are the one and only person you can forever count on. May ailments not depress you; be quick to laugh even quicker to forgive happiest from tokens of love and kindness. You've got a friend in me.

Entry 33: My last night's zoom event about vaccine

YPO- my event on vaccines yesterday of  CEO Company presidents at the start of the webinar  51% said yes 9% said no 40% said unsure Speaker experts shared- if you are a bit high risk- a medical frontline worker or a senior citizen - why not be injected, but if you are young not imuno compromised in your resistance maybe not yet as yes there are still unknown risks and on efficacy it is not absolute as it depends if their test trials were with the elderly or the young with the healthy or the malnourished. I concluded.. if we all came from 2020 of bahala ka na sa buhay mo Quarantine. 2021 is now bahala ka na sa buhay mo vaccination.

Entry 32: Attitude of gratitude and contentment...

I may not have everything I want, but choosing an attitude of gratitude and contentment - I believe in having everything I need; this pandemic is teaching us to stay indoors and work at things that need to be done inside our homes. A pandemic sent to us by God to teach us a serious lesson because the world has been too busy with silly things teaching us very well we can retool our life and make it simple now more clearly seeing what truly matters is important, essential, and bling. Maybe the pandemic will stay long enough to teach all of us that.

Entry 31: What does my body need today?

What does my body need today?.... something more energetic or something more gentle or restorative. Choosing what's appropriate and pacing self accordingly. An attitude not too idealistic or cynical. The "i don't know it all" attitude is the best; staying curious cultivating an interest and desire to discover something about self and life as it unfolds even in unpleasant and difficult moments-motivation, determination and discipline. To benefit you don't have to like it, but you need to do it. Believe in yourself developing confidence in your ability and power to do something to help yourself manage fear or anxiety. Kindness and compassion applying whole heartedness and empathy to yourself.

Entry 30: We take inspiration from Manny Pacquiao....

We take inspiration from Manny Pacquiao raised in a poor family every day praying hard for a better life- selling half the portion of fish he had, keeping the other half to feed his family. His passion for boxing he loved he saw as a way of improving his life for his family. Working hard to make himself better each day - going about each day just the same becoming better and better with so much power and a whole lot of heart. You can be the absolute smartest person in the world but without the right attitude about things almost sure expecting to fall. Failing isn't about losing. It's about failing to learn. The plan of God is bigger than we think. Fight a good fight remembering where we truly came from. Humility is a virtue of putting a spotlight on our behavior and approach in life.

Entry 29: What is the first thing you can't give up?

What is the first thing you can't give up? All of us something we treasure dearly- a person, a passion, something we can't give up. God tells you - He can't give up on you! You're his most treasured creation. As God provides us with everything needed. Yet we reject God and sought happiness and security elsewhere. The more God pursues us, the further we drift away. Though we hurt Him dearly. He will not give you up. His desire is for us to re establish our relationship with Him. Today all God's children can have the same reassurance; His love for us is a love that will never let go Romans 8:37-39. If we've wandered from Him, He yearns for us to return. When God disciplines us, we can be comforted that it's a sign of His pursuit, not of His rejection. We are His treasure; He won't give up on us. Thank You Father Almighty for Your love that never gives up on me. Help me love You wholeheartedly as Your child who is always welcomed home.

Entry 28: Re wire your brain....

1.  Re wire your brain through repeated affirmations. you become what you believe...believing what you keep exposing yourself to-what you watch, read and listen to; if you want to be optimistic immersed in books helping you become that ;  2. Practice being fully aware of our present blessings not living in the past or future, just celebrating the blessings of today changes our perspective; Miracles to be experienced enjoying the little things not overcomplicating a lot of things----working less, living more adding life to our years not years to our life; Rest and sustainable growth. 3. We aren't determined nor defined by external titles, positions, diplomas or certificates. Learning what and who are really important and essential to us. Friends are plenty when times are good, in times of difficulty the true ones stay.

Entry 27: Stop overthinking....

Stop overthinking about how people perceive us or what they think about us. It's all in our head causing unnecessary anxiety instead being true to ourselves, being Authentic- trusting the process when it comes to making ourselves better--mind mastery, weight management, or spiritual growth. Discipline, constant practice necessary as improvement means a shift to a higher and better level, educating ourselves through books, mentors, and support groups.

Entry 26: We can't feel good mentally and emotionally....

We can't feel good mentally and emotionally if we don't feel great physically -- eating, resting and exercising well; 2020 was our year of healing ourselves and the planet including subconscious beliefs we need to heal-- Rewiring our brain through repeated affirmations becoming what we believe and what we keep exposing ourselves to if we want optimism. Being present with our blessings is for continuous bliss... Being fully aware of the present not living in the past or the future, celebrating the blessings of today can change our perspective. We are always free no matter what with miracles to be experienced when enjoying little things not overcomplicating things only working less and living more adding life to our years allowing rest and sustainable growth; our internal state is not dependent on external titles positions or certificates that don't define us. Doing it alone is called a Race; Doing it with God is called Grace.

Entry 25: Let's be ready to face the new year's challenges...

Let's be ready to face the new year's challenges and opportunities. Every crisis offers lessons and nothing is as big a lesson as of this size and scale. Good sailors are not in calm seas. Its our privelege having weathered one of the stormiest years of modern history equipping us to rise above whatever other storm waves lay ahead. 2020 made us reassess- What is valuable, essential and what is bling.

Entry 24: Our abilities and talents…

Our abilities and talents are God’s gifts to us, but how we use and share them is our gift to God. There’s a chance to serve and to use the gifts we have determined to always give our best. Every time we give a-talk, teach, text a message or write an article are opportunities to give a gift to God. Let’s make sure to do our best in everything cause He deserves no less than the best not wanting to waste any of our talents He has given us. Always give your best. Why? Because we received the best gift ever—Jesus everyday He offer himself to us in the sacrifice of the Holy Mass. Now it’s up to us to give back the gift of love we received by doing All things extraordinarily well perfected doing things with extraordinary Love. Is your heart ready to receive the love of Jesus today? And that may I share this love I receive to others as well smiling and cheerful we are God’s most precious child-our Divine filiation.

Entry 23: align what you do with God's purpose

We strive to be successful in whatever field of endeavor we are a part of. In the quest for achievement we try to do more; however there comes a time when our effectivity wanes. During a moment of prayer, I was struck with a strong realization. No matter what I do, it has to be aligned with God's purpose for me, so life's true rewards continue to flow. With a perspective of caring, sharing, and giving, everything goes beyond ourselves and the personal success we earlier pursued. Have you thought about God's purpose for you? If so, have you aligned all you do with this? Lord, please always use me for Your purpose and bless me in everything that I do.

Entry 22: The Purpose of Life

The Purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to make a difference that you have lived and lived well the fullness of life- a true friend of God. Happiness is a by-product of giving ourselves to others through service. Helping others find their happiness and in the process you might find your own.
